Who we are
We are a growing coalition of officers, families, legal advocates, and community members who have been harmed by Kansas’s broken Brady/Giglio system. In Kansas, a single letter from a police chief—without evidence, hearing, or oversight—can end a law enforcement career. Too many good officers have been silenced, blacklisted, and denied the basic due process that every American deserves.
Our mission is to bring together those impacted by this abuse of power and push for real legislative change. Inspired by Iowa’s reform, we are working to introduce a bill in Kansas that sets clear legal standards, requires transparency, ensures due process before someone is placed on a Brady/Giglio list, and establishes a pathway for review and removal.
This is about justice. This is about integrity. And this is about standing up for those who did the right thing—and were punished for it.
